Unfortunately, we can't sell you our award-winning wines...but it takes money & time to make them, so a suggested donation of $12.50 per bottle of dessert wine, $10 per 750ml bottle for red/white wines, and $18 per red or white Magnum (equal to two full bottles) to our Cooperative will be greaty appreciated. Other sizes of bottles are available, including the giant Imperial that holds the equivalent of 8 bottles of wine!

New to the WFV lineup... Dessert-style wines made from a special blend of prior vintages, most of them award-winning on their own. Each dessert-style wine features either Chocolate, Raspberry, Raspberry Chocolate, or Blackberry flavoring. Each has its own special characteristics of oak, tannins, level of sweetness, color, other nuances. All have been fortified to 19-20% alcohol content for that extra kick that one expects from a well-made dessert-style wine.
Chocolat Melange (Sha'co'la May'lonsh)...a 2007 Cellarmasters Honor Award recipient! A special blend of our wines from the 2004 vintage...Old Vines Zinfandel, Old Vines Mission, and Sangiovese. Blended with rich chocolate essence, semi-sweetened, and aged in small American oak barrels. Lighter in body than most other dessert-style or port wines. Enjoy with semi-sweet chocolate of your choice for a sumptuous delight! (375ml)
Raspberry Melange...2008 Gold Medal winner from the Orange County Fair, as well as a 2007 Cellarmasters Honor Award recipient! Same special blend of 2004 award-winning wines, but with real rich raspberry essence, additional sweetness, and added body. Of course, fortified to 19% alcohol. If you enjoy the taste of raspberry and you enjoy a semi-sweet dessert wine, you will LOVE this! (375ml)
Raspberry-Chocolat Melange...we took a portion of the Raspberry Melange, blended in our 2005 award winning Old Vines Zinfandel and the 2006 Gold Medal Grenache Noir, then added chocolate essence and finished it in the American oak barrel. C'mon, could we have done more? This wine is FABulous! (375ml)
The final Melange...Blackberry! Chocolate, Raspberry... and now Blackberry. Funny, there were plenty of berries left to choose from, but the blackberry has always been a really pleasing fruit...so blackberry it is. A blend of our 2005 award-winning Zinfandel, our 2006 Zinfandel, our 2006 gold-medal Grenache Noir, and Sonoma Valley Syrah/Shiraz. All the above techniques were utilized to make this another tantilizing wine that deserves the attention of your taste buds! Bring it on... (375ml)
2004 Trilogy...another 2007 Cellarmasters Honor Award recipient. This is a specially hand-crafted & fortified wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or an after-dinner wine. Mostly dry (a departure from the sweets above), from a blend of our 2004 & 2005 wines, light in body but big in taste. Tastes like a broad-shouldered Cabernet Sauvignon, bold, earthy, with tannins and oak that make you want to enjoy it as long as possible! Sip it and enjoy the flavors... (500ml)
2006 Grenache Noir (Gre'nosh N'war)...from the old vines of the Cucamonga Valley, this exquisite French varietal was a Gold Medal winner at the recent Home Winemakers Competition at the 2007 Rancho Cucamonga Grape Harvest Festival. This same varietal commands $36 dollars a bottle at the local winery whose owner, one of the competition judges, raved about this vintage's taste and quality. Light in color, crisp, fruity, and most enjoyable when slighty chilled. Yours for much less than you'd pay at the winery! (750ml or Magnum)
2006 Viognier (Vee'on'yay)...Not your everyday white. Cool, crisp, fruity, with a distinct and expectant bouquet of flowers at the nose. This was a Bronze Medal winner at the 2007 Grape Harvest Festival Competition. Expected to improve with another few months or more in the bottle. Hold this one for next summer's heat if you can! (750ml or Magnum)
2006 Chardonnay...a pleasantly dry, crisp, and mellow Chard from the grapes of Northern San Diego County. Medium-acidity, oak, and a nice finish round out this mainstay and very popular white. Very enjoyable with that Holiday turkey, ham, or goose! (750 ml or Mag)
2005 Old Vines Zinfandel...a Bronze Medal winner at the Indiana State Fair in 2006 and a 2006 & 2007 Honor Award recipient at the Cellarmasters Annual Wine Competion in L.A.! This is a Cucamonga Valley favorite...medium tannins, fruity, with subtle notes of oak and black cherry. Great with a favorite steak or roast! And don't forget the cheese, please... (750ml or Magnum)
2005 Temecula Valley Chardonnay... A gold medal winner at the 2006 Grape Harvest Festival. Limited quantity available. Lightly oaked, buttery, with great fruit. Super with shell fish, light cheese, or just on a warm day. Available in 375ml, 750ml, and Magnum sizes.
2005 Northern San Diego Chardonnazz... This was our first attempt at making a sparkling wine, and it paid off via a gold medal at the 2006 Grape Harvest Festival. It's called Chardonnazz because it is made with the 2005 vintage of award winnning Chardonnay, but with more jazz than sparkle. Some bottles may be a bit more "jazzy" than others, others a bit less jazzy...hey, it ain't easy making a sparkling wine! Available in quaint, single-serve 187ml bottles only.
